Free Counselling – Culturally relevant mental health counselling for Black individuals and families.

Black Mental Health First Response (BMHFR) – Training to equip individuals with skills to provide culturally informed first response to mental health crises.

Self Care Through Hair – Mental health training for barbers and hairstylists to support clients in need.

QUEENS – Free group counselling for Black women in a supportive and welcoming space.

REAL’SILIENCE – A program highlighting and supporting the perseverance of Black men.

LifeMap – Guidance for young Black youth recently released on parole or probation.

B.R.E.A.T.H.E – Black Response & Empathy Alternative to Harmful Enforcement.

Yes to Assess – Psych-Ed Subsidy Program to improve diagnosis and support for learning disorders among Black children.

HEROES – Emotional and mental health education in underserved schools.

Hope in Hoops – Engages young Black boys in organized basketball to foster resilience and community connection.
